Artwork is printed in reverse onto transfer paper using specialist sublimation ink.
The printed transfer paper is pressed against polyester fabric under heat (180–210°C) and pressure.
Heat converts the sublimation ink into a gas, which penetrates and bonds permanently into the fabric fibres.
The fabric cools, locking in a fade-resistant, wash-safe print with no surface texture, cracking, or peeling.
The result is a print that becomes part of the fabric itself, not applied on top of it. This is why sublimation prints maintain colour accuracy and sharpness through repeated use, outdoor exposure, and washing, unlike vinyl or solvent-based alternatives.
