Artwork is printed in reverse onto transfer paper using specialist sublimation ink.
The printed transfer paper is pressed against polyester fabric under heat (180–210°C) and pressure.
Heat converts the sublimation ink into a gas, which penetrates and bonds permanently into the fabric fibres.
The fabric cools, locking in a fade-resistant, wash-safe print with no surface texture, cracking, or peeling.
