1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of evetadvertising.com (the "Site") and any quote, order, or service provided by Evet Advertising ("Evet Advertising," "we," "us," or "our"), a signage manufacturing, digital printing, branding, and corporate gifting company based in Dubai, UAE.

By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order with us.

2. Quotes & Orders

• Quotations provided via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form are valid for 15 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated.
• An order is confirmed only once you provide written approval of the quote (via email or WhatsApp) and, where required, pay any applicable deposit.
• Quantities, sizes, materials, and finishes must be confirmed in writing before production begins. Changes requested after confirmation may affect price and lead time.

3. Artwork, Design & Approval

For signage, printing, and branded merchandise, we provide a design proof for your approval before production. Please review proofs carefully — once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors in text, colour, sizing, or layout that were present in the approved file.

• Revisions to design proofs are included at no extra charge prior to your final approval, as outlined on our Site.
• Colour reproduction may vary slightly between screen previews and final printed or fabricated output due to material and lighting differences.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, or content you supply to us does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

4. Pricing & Payment

We reserve the right to pause production or delivery until outstanding payments are settled.

5. Production & Lead Times

Standard orders are typically completed within 2–5 business days from final artwork approval. A 24-hour rush service is available on most print and production jobs, subject to confirmation at the time of quoting.

6. Delivery & Installation

• We offer delivery and professional installation across Dubai and the wider UAE for signage and display work.
• You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable site access for delivery and installation teams.
• Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect items on arrival and report any damage or shortfall within 48 hours.
• Additional charges may apply for delivery or installation outside the standard service area, or where site access requires special equipment.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production has started.
• Once production has begun, cancellation may incur a charge reflecting materials used and work completed.
• Custom-made signage, branded merchandise, and bespoke print items are produced to your specification and are non-refundable once approved and produced, except where the item is defective or does not match the approved proof.

8. Quality & Defects

We stand behind our production quality. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange an inspection, reprint, repair, or replacement as appropriate.

This does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused after delivery, or variations that were part of the approved design (such as expected colour variance between screen and print).

9. Intellectual Property

• Design concepts, layouts, and artwork created by Evet Advertising remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received, after which usage rights transfer as agreed for your specific project.
• We may photograph completed projects for our portfolio, Site, and social media, unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of ordering.
• Client-supplied logos, brand assets, and content remain the property of the client at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Evet Advertising's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, revenue, or anticipated profit, arising from delays, defects, or service issues.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to material shortages, supplier delays, extreme weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Website Use

Content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and product photography, is the property of Evet Advertising unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without permission. We aim to keep information on the Site accurate but do not guarantee that pricing, product availability, or content is error-free at all times.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or an order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal and regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
